Online Safari Booking Process: Step-by-Step Guide

Booking your adventure at Ranthambore is a streamlined process. As a recognized travel agency, we facilitate your permits through the official government inventory. Please follow these steps to secure your safari:

1. Explore Park Information

Start by visiting ranthamboretigerreserve.in. We recommend reviewing the details regarding safari zones, vehicle types, and the best time to visit. This information helps you make an informed choice before starting the booking process.

2. Access the Safari Booking Form

Navigate to the "Safari Booking" section in the top menu. You will be presented with an initial request form. Please provide the following:

  Safari Mode: Select your preferred vehicle—Gypsy (6-seater) or Canter (20-seater).

•  

  Safari Zone: Select your preferred zone group (Zones 1-6 or 7-10). Note: While we accept preferences, specific zone allocation is determined by the Forest Department based on availability.

•  

  Time Slot: Choose between the Morning or Afternoon shift.

•  

  Contact Details: Enter your full name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address to receive your booking confirmation and receipts.

3. Detailed Passenger Information

After clicking "Proceed," you will be required to provide comprehensive details for all passengers. This information is mandatory for the Forest Department to issue valid entry permits.

  Address Details: Enter your home state and complete residential address (including pincode).

•  

  Passenger List: For every traveler, you must provide:

• Full Name (exactly as it appears on their ID).
• Age and Gender.
• Nationality (Indian or Foreigner).
• State of Residence.

4. Identification & Documentation

Accurate identification is the most critical part of the process.

  Select ID Type: Choose from Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or PAN Card.

•  

  ID Number: Carefully enter the correct identification number.

•  

  Upload ID Proof: Upload a clear, readable digital copy (.jpg, .png, or .pdf) of each passenger's ID.

Important : The original ID used during booking must be carried by the passenger on the day of the safari. Any mismatch between the ID and the permit will lead to immediate cancellation by forest authorities at the gate.

5. Review Policies & Terms

Before proceeding to payment, carefully read our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation/Refund Policy. As a private agency, our fees include government permit costs plus professional service charges. You must check the "I Agree" box to acknowledge these terms and the non-transferable nature of safari permits.

6. Fee Calculation & Summary

The system will calculate the total amount based on the number of passengers, vehicle type, and current government-mandated fees (including guide and vehicle charges). Review the summary to ensure all passenger details are correct.

7. Secure Online Payment
