Welcome to ranthamboretigerreserve.in. This website is owned and operated by M/s. JUNGLE SAFARI INDIA, a premier travel agency officially recognized by the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan.

By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Identity and Role

Service Provider: ranthamboretigerreserve.in is a dedicated unit of M/s. Jungle Safari India. We provide expert assistance for Ranthambore jungle safari bookings, hotel reservations, and customized tour packages.
Government Recognition: We are officially recognized by the Rajasthan Tourism Department. However, we operate as an independent service provider and are not the official website of the Forest Department.

2. Safari Booking Policy

Government Control: All safari permits, zones, and timings are strictly governed and managed by the Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan.
Advance Booking: Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
ID Requirements: Each visitor must provide a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License). Foreign nationals must provide Passport details. The original ID must be carried during the safari.
Zones & Vehicles: Safari zones (1-10) and vehicles (Gypsy/Canter) are allocated by the Forest Department based on availability and a random rotation system. No specific zone is guaranteed.

3. Payment & Pricing

Full Advance: bookings require 100% advance payment.
Price Revisions: If the Government of Rajasthan revises permit fees, taxes, or guide charges after a booking is made, the customer is liable to pay the difference before entry.
Service Fee: Our package costs include a professional service fee for facilitation, logistics, and expert assistance.

4. Liabilities & Limitations

Park Closures: The Forest Department reserves the right to close the park or change safari timings without prior notice for administrative or weather reasons. We are not liable for such changes.
Safety: While we facilitate expert guides and drivers, M/s. Jungle Safari India is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss of life, or theft of personal belongings during the safari or tour.
Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions to ensure the safety of our clients.

5. Code of Conduct

Visitors are expected to follow the Do’s and Don’ts of Ranthambore National Park. Littering, shouting, or teasing animals is strictly prohibited and may lead to heavy penalties or expulsion from the park by forest authorities.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the services provided by M/s. Jungle Safari India shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/Rajasthan.

Essential Guidelines for Current/Last-Minute Bookings:

Advance Notice: booking requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the safari date.
Confirmation Status: Please note that "Current Bookings" are subject to real-time availability; therefore, 100% confirmation is not guaranteed.
Zone Allocation: Your safari may be assigned to any of the 10 available zones within Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
Zone Preferences: While we make every effort to secure your preferred zone, specific zone requests cannot be guaranteed as they are managed by the forest department’s automated system.

Essential Guidelines for Ranthambore Safari & Tour Bookings

To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following requirements before finalizing your booking:

1. Booking & Identification Requirements

Full Advance Payment: 100% payment is mandatory to initiate and secure safari permits.
Valid Identification: A government-issued photo ID is compulsory for every visitor. Foreign nationals must provide valid Passport details for all reservations.
ID Verification: You must carry the original ID card used during the booking process for verification at the park gate.
Booking Window: Safari permits can be reserved up to 90 days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to government availability.

2. Operational Rules & Park Entry

Reporting Time: must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled safari departure.
Current Bookings: Any safari booked for the following day is classified as a "Current Booking" and is subject to the specific terms governing last-minute permits.
Fee Revisions: If the government revises permit fees, taxes, or guide charges after your booking is confirmed, the price difference must be paid by the visitor at the time of entry.
Unforeseen Closures: The Forest Department reserves the right to close the park without prior notice for administrative or safety reasons.

3. Accommodation (For Package Bookings)

Standard Timings: Check-in is generally at 12:00 Noon, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early Arrivals: Early check-in requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Important Notice: entries and stays in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional and may be altered or cancelled by the Field Director for administrative reasons. By booking, you agree to these terms. Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a safari is booked, it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded under any circumstances.
