We also explain what is included in your booking and what depends on Forest Department availability.

What We Arrange
Ranthambore Safari Bookings
Want to book a Gypsy or Canter safari in Ranthambore?
We can help arrange it, subject to Forest Department availability.
Before we proceed, we ask for a few basic details, such as your safari date, number of guests, preferred vehicle, and hotel location.
Once your permit is confirmed, we send you the permit and Jungle Safari India booking voucher by email or WhatsApp.
Your voucher includes the important safari details and the safari coordinator's contact number.
So, you do not have to worry about remembering everything yourself. You can simply check your voucher when you need the information.
Hotels and Resorts
Still looking for a hotel in Ranthambore?
Tell us your travel dates, budget, and what kind of hotel you prefer. We can help you find suitable accommodation.
Your hotel may be close to one safari gate but farther from another. This can make a difference to your travel time on safari day.
Already booked your hotel? No problem at all.
Just tell us the hotel name and location before booking your safari. We can explain the pickup arrangement and tell you where you need to meet the safari vehicle.
Ranthambore Tour Packages

Pickup and Local Transfers
One of the most common questions we get is: “Will the safari vehicle pick us up from our hotel?”
The answer depends on your hotel location and the confirmed safari arrangement.
If your hotel is within a nearby pickup area, pickup and drop-off may be included in the quoted safari price.
If your hotel is farther away, you can go to the meeting point yourself or ask for a paid transfer.
The safari coordinator will tell you whether the vehicle will come to your hotel or whether you need to reach a common boarding point.
How We Work With Guests
Understand Your Plan
We start by understanding your travel plan. Tell us your dates, number of guests, hotel details, and what you want to book. We then explain the options available for your trip.
Check The Price
Before you pay, you can check the price details. Our safari booking page shows the total per-person amount, including applicable taxes. The booking form also shows the individual charges.
Facilitation Fee
You will also see our Facilitation Fee separately. This is our fee for handling the booking and coordination. It is not a Forest Department charge.
Booking Documents
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send your documents by email or WhatsApp.
Safari Coordination
When you reach Ranthambore, please contact the safari coordinator. It is helpful to share your hotel name or current location too.
Reporting Point
This makes it easier for the team to guide you to the right meeting point and tell you the reporting time.
Forest Department Assignment
One important point: the Forest Department assigns the safari vehicle, driver, and guide.
We coordinate with the assigned team, but we do not control permit availability, vehicle assignment, or entry decisions.
Local Coordination When Plans Go Wrong
Sometimes, even a well-planned trip does not go exactly as expected.
Maybe your phone has no signal when the driver calls. Maybe you are waiting at the hotel but cannot find the driver. Or maybe you are simply not sure where you need to go.
If there is a communication problem, our team tries to contact both sides and help connect the guest with the safari team.
If we have your hotel details, we may also call the hotel reception and ask them to pass the message to you.
There can also be situations where a guest misses the safari vehicle.
Local Support
When possible, our local team has taken guests to the gate in our own car so they could meet their safari team.
Of course, this depends on the situation. We cannot promise this help in every case.
But if there is a practical way to help, our local team will try.
For booking or safari reporting questions, our support can be available until 11 PM.
We do not advertise a 24-hour service.

Our Approach To Wildlife Travel
A Ranthambore safari is a visit to a real forest.
The animals are free to move wherever they want. So, there is one thing we want every guest to know before booking:
We simply ask you to enjoy the forest and follow the rules.
Listen to your guide.
Keep your voice low.
Do not litter.
Respect the animals.
Follow park rules.
Do not disturb wildlife for photographs.
Everyone wants a good tiger photograph. That is completely understandable.
But please do not ask the driver or guide to break park rules for a better photograph or sighting.
Our role is to help you understand your safari arrangements clearly.
The actual wildlife experience is decided by nature, animal movement, and Forest Department rules. Sightings can never be promised.
