Cancellation Policy of Ranthambore Booking 

Special monsoon cancellation policy for Ranthambore Safari Booking.

In the event that the park is closed due to rain, a refund of 75% will be issued for gypsy bookings and 65% for canter bookings.

Note : If your permit has already been issued, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be available.

For a current booking request, you may receive a booking confirmation one day prior to the safari date if your booking slot is for the morning, or on the same day if it is for the evening.

As per the cancellation policy for Current/Tatkal bookings:

  • If the safari does not get confirmed, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If the safari gets confirmed, no refund will be issued.

However, if the customer submits a cancellation request for their current booking before the due date, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for Gypsy safaris.
  • A 35% cancellation fee will be charged for Canter safaris.

Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari Payments are non-refundable

Gypsy Safari / Canter Safari charges are non-refundable. Current booking safari charges will be refunded in case booking is not confirmed.

Terms & Conditions For Tour Packages Only.

  • The package that is given above cannot be booked for long weekends, festivals holidays, Christmas, and New Year.
  • Only base category rooms will be provided in all hotels from our side.
  • If you want to upgrade the room then you have to pay extra. The extra amount will be paid directly at the hotel.
  • The standard Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM. This may vary from hotel to hotel.Early check-in
  • is subject to availability
  • You have to fill in the correct age of people at the time of booking.
  • If you mention the incorrect age of the people then penalties can occur while travelling.
  • If the room is not available in the chosen hotel then we will be responsible for providing a room in a similar standard hotel.
  • 1 extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 people.
  • Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc will be informed by mail or phone before your travel date.
  • Jungle Safari India is not responsible for any kind of loss/theft or damage to luggage or any accidents.
  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary and safari if there are requirements.

Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure Policy For Tour Packages Only.

If you’re planning to postpone or you wanna cancel your tour/travel because of any unavoidable reason then you have to inform us in writing. Please remember that the cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. Here is the cancellation policy that would be applied:

  • 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour cost.
  • 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
  • 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost
  • 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
  • The amount for the Gypsy or Canter safari will not be refunded.
  • 1 extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 people.
  • Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc will be informed by mail or phone before your travel date.
  • In case your safari is not booked because of any reason like technical error or non-availability of seat then we assure you that the whole amount will be given back in your accounts. We will communicate the same accordingly.
  • There is a separate cancellation policy in case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year). That policy would be applied which would be advised as and when required.
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note one important thing after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
  • Force Majeure events, festivals, weather conditions, strikes, fairs, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. We will try to do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements for these mentioned things. But, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of these problems.
  • In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
  • Declaration: We would like to clarify that we, as a private travel agency, are not authorized by the Forest Department, nor do we
  • make any claims of affiliation with them. Our services primarily cater to booking safaris, arranging hotel accommodations,
  • coordinating transportation such as pickups and drops, and facilitating flight reservations on behalf of our customers. We operate
  • independently and charge a reasonable amount for our services. It is important to note that the charges we levy are subject to
  • variations based on the demand for safari bookings, and they may increase during peak periods of high booking traffic.
  • Important Notes About Cancellation

  • Booking holding amount is non-refundable
  • In case of replacement of Canter from Gypsy or Gypsy to canter, we will refund the difference amount.
  • We will refund 70% of the total tour cost (GST and PG charges are non-refundable), in case the permit is not generated.

Payment Policy For Tour Package Only.

  • Our company Jungle Safari India accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Direct Deposit as forms of payment.
  • Our customers can pay 50% advance to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & and the remaining 50% amount will be settled on arrival/starting the tour.
  • You can pay 100% to confirm your booking and also you can enjoy more discount benefits because of this.
  • Tourists agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees, as applicable.

All reservations for use of any facility including entry and stay in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional in nature and are subject to modification/cancellation by the Field Director, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve without assigning any reasons. Making a reservation will imply your agreement to any and all of the terms and conditions laid down here. There shall be no cancellation/refund for any safari under any circumstances and no request shall be entertained for refund/rescheduling of safari.
