What Is a Facilitation Service?
A facilitation service is our professional service fee for arranging, coordinating and managing all components necessary for a valid and smooth Ranthambore safari experience.
It is not a government charge, nor does it replace or alter official forest-department fees.
All government fees (such as permits, guide fees, and vehicle entry fees) remain exactly as set by the Rajasthan Forest Department.
Our facilitation service covers the expert work, logistics, booking management and customer coordination required to operate your safari successfully.
What We Do Under Facilitation Service
1. Safari Permit Facilitation
- Searching for available safari slots in your preferred zone
- Booking official permits from the Rajasthan Forest Department
- Submitting visitor information & verifying identity details
- Managing peak-season, weekend and last-minute permit availability
2. Vehicle Arrangement ( Gypsy / Canter )
- Scheduling registered safari vehicles
- Coordinating with experienced and approved drivers
- Ensuring timely reporting at the designated entry gate
3. Guide / Naturalist Coordination
- Arranging mandatory forest guides as assigned by the park
- Ensuring guide availability at reporting time
- Language or naturalist expertise requests (where possible)
4. Guest Documentation & Compliance
- Compiling ID proofs of all travellers
- Preparing visitor manifests for forest entry
- Ensuring all rules and regulations are met
5. On-Ground Reporting Support
- Sharing detailed entry instructions (time, gate, route, documents to carry)
- Real-time coordination between guests, drivers and guides
- Assistance if there are entry delays, road issues or last-minute changes
6. Payment & Administrative Handling
- Processing payments for government permits
- Maintaining transaction records and confirmations
- Handling refunds or cancellations (as per government policy)
7. Customer Care and Assistance
- Answering all safari-related queries

- Providing important dos & don’ts before your safari
- Offering complete support throughout your journey
What Facilitation Service Does Not Include
Unless specifically mentioned in your package, the following are not part of facilitation service:
- Government permit fees
- Gypsy/Canter entry fees
- Forest guide fees
- Camera/video charges (if applicable)
- Pick-up and drop from hotel (optional add-on)
- Meals, accommodation, or personal expenses
All government fees are collected strictly on behalf of the Rajasthan Forest Department.
